HOW THE RE-RENTAL PROCESS WORKS
OHR Rents Re-Rental Program Details
Rates are set up in two tiers:
- Tier 1: For customers requesting up to 10 machines
- Tier 2: For customers requesting more than 10 machines
Repairs:
- OHR Rents will supply needed parts to the customer should repairs be needed. If the customer supplies their own parts, OHR Rents will reimburse customer OHR’s costs for the parts.
- OHR Rents will reimburse customers for repairs, excluding rental inspections, and routine maintenance.
- Repairs must be approved by OHR Rents in advance.
- 24-hour response time guaranteed.
- *Note: You are responsible for all customer damage.
Shipping:
- Customer pays for freight charges to their location. They are not responsible for freight out.
Invoicing
- Customer will be billed on a normal, 28-day billing cycle.
