Job description:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic with experience in aerial lifts to join our growing team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently through regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for both rental and customer-owned equipment
• Complete Preventive Maintenance (PM) services and Annual Inspections in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards
• Conduct thorough safety inspections on all equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and sales personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on construction or heavy equipment
• Experience with boom lifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid Driver’s License required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
